TODO: Play games at rapid time control to establish this rating list. Note the time controls of my three rating lists (bullet, blitz, and rapid) follow the Fibonacci sequence (0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, etc…) when considering time per side at 60 moves. Bullet is 3 mins, blitz is 8 mins, rapid is 21 mins. Also note the ratio of starting time to increment is >= 100. Bullet is 120x, blitz is 100x, rapid is 120x.
